You can drop off leftover paint at any PaintCare drop-off site where it will be responsibly recycled. Click here to find your nearest drop-off site location.
All tinted paint is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. For other products, we offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days with a store receipt for products that are in the original condition. Items must be in original condition with receipt and must be returned to the original store location where the order purchase or pickup was made. Email contact@aboffs.com for questions.
Pickup times are available for selection at checkout. Most orders can be ready in 30-60 minutes.

It depends. Orders for tinted paint that have already been fulfilled cannot be changed or canceled. Standard (non-tinted) paint and supplies can be changed or canceled.

Yes, we offer color matching for most products. Bring a physical sample (chip, fabric, or item) to the store, and our team will match the color and mix the product for you.
Yes, someone else can pick up your online order for you as long as they have a copy of your order confirmation. This can be a printed physical copy or a digital version on their phone or other device.
You choose your pickup time at checkout. If you can't make that time, call the store or email contact@aboffs.com to request an extension. If we don't hear from you, we'll hold the order for up to 1 week after the scheduled pickup time.
If a product appears on our website and does not display "Out of Stock," it is available. If you order an item that's out of stock, the store will contact you as soon as possible.
Tinted paint cannot be exchanged or returned. This paint is custom-mixed and considered a final sale.
Unopened, non-tinted paint can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
If exchanging for a paint with a different price, the difference will either be charged or refunded accordingly.
When you arrive for pickup, call the store and let them know you're outside. A team member will bring your order to your vehicle.
